Less risky to just leave them as is. They will do find if left together. If you divide them up, you could lose both. I'd wait to divide them when you have several pups and you know that the main plant (plants) will survive and follow the on-line tips for removing the pups. When freshly divided you need to remove the leaves and keep the pups dry and shaded. Expect them to sulk in their pots for awhile until they start to grow.
