Well actually I have loved bananas for a long time. I Just read Bananas: the fate of the fruit that changed the world and had to start growing them. I found that I can grow them here in the Bay Area (San Francisco). I am starting with the Goldfinger since it is a hardy one.

Well I will see you all around. I am sure I will have lots of questions. In fact I will post one today.
