The biggest banner plant you see is 4-5 feet tall with a stem diameter midway of approximately 1 1/2 inch. There are smaller ones just a foot tall. I had my banana plants...

I am in Zone 7 as well. Surprised the ones in the Greenhouse died as well. I am glad you have one bumper crop at least! New shoots might emerge for the bananas once the weather warms up.
