thanks. it is a dwarf red. they seem to be growing well in the small pot. i will see if they will flower using this autopot system

the humidity indoors is probably too low. i have this constant problem with my indoor bananas. i put in 2 humidifiers and it make a huge difference, but they still get a little burn around the leaf...

the eggs hatch about every 3 days. i use neem oil and it kills the mites immediately, but they lay eggs under the leaves which hatch in about 3 days, so you want to make sure you take care of them...

isolated brown spots? hmmm, i dont know what that could be, since you already have a humidifier. it could gave been the heat. i would wait to see how they do now that you have fixed that. my plants...

it could be a humidity problem. i have a similar problem with my indoor bananas. they are inside under 600WHPS. they have some burn around the leaf margin. try a humidifier. i havent gottten one yet,...

i am not running any humidifier and i do have a constant problem with spider mites. i will try that. a humidifier that is. bummer.

they are under 1600W of indoor grow lights. i thought that maybe the light was burning them, but i dont think this is the case since just about every plant has this problem, regardless of distance...

yes they are in 20 gallon smart pots indoors with hydroton and rockwool as their growing media. i make up their fertilizer using hydroponic nutes. i will check for that tomato deficiency thingie you...

Is this a humidity problem? nutrient problem? They are permanently indoors and this has been going on for months. The new leaves start off ok but end up like this after a week or so....
