Thanks mate I really like it, the leaves are quite green but I hose them in the sun to get that beautiful deep red....although they are starting to look a little tired now!!

I'd love to get my hands on that! The price of variegated in the UK is coming down a bit now although there is mainly tiny tissue culture not of shoots of this quality.

Excellent, the centre is springy perhaps the coming winter will sort it out.
I live on a cliff top over looking the sea so also have very strong winds that love to shred a big beautiful banana leaf.

Are your plants in a poly tunnel and are you pots topped with gravel or...

Travelling basjoo
Hi folks,so as my basjoo move outwards from the oldest flower growth point I'm left with an unsightly dead mound in the middle, can I remove it some how?

I can relate to your TC issues, this was the only way to get a variegated plant in the UK and sadly an expensive mistake by me. Hope you find what you are looking for!!!
