Default Dwarf Namwa Nub

Three weeks ago I removed a nicely variegated offshoot for in-ground planting that had a small nub on it. If the nub is left on a newly transplanted offshoot it sometimes goes dormant for an extended period of time but it was late in the evening so I left it and removed it for potting about ten days later. It's getting close to producing it's first leaf and it's looking for a new home.

It will be shipped bare-root.

It's currently planted in clean coarse sand which provides plenty of air to prevent any rotting and it's got a top layer of wet horse manure to assure proper soil moisture for rapid growth.

I'd love to get my hands on that! The price of variegated in the UK is coming down a bit now although there is mainly tiny tissue culture not of shoots of this quality.

I'd love to ship VDN or VN to any member of the org that posts pics, this site is getting boring without pics.

As of now this nub only has potential and might not be worth the ink it takes to print a shipping label but soon there will be a leaf.

I'll give it time for another leaf before it gets evicted.

It's better to find out now that it's worthless instead of waiting a few months. Plus now the mother plant can get busy producing more pups.

Wow, that's a beautiful pup. If it's for sale you should let members know.

If I recall correctly, I sent you a slightly variegated dwarf namwa. If that's the same one it's nice to see you getting some highly variegated pups.

Thanks, Yes Sir it's the same one. I don't plan on selling that one since it is the first highly variegated pup. I believe I read somewhere you said the more you water the more variegation you get and it seems to work.

Here's a Dwarf Namwa Nub that had a more beautiful outcome.

Propagation proficiency really helps because not every nub is going to turn out to be beautiful.

Amazing that it’s already close to producing its first leaf—someone is going to be very lucky to give it a new home.

$20 & $20 shipping

Second leaf was an improvement but still not very good.
