Sorry,
I was not clear on this. They are ripe. I harvested the entire bunch when a green banana split open. The first hand ripened in a couple of days after cutting the bunch off.

You may want to consider if the tree is getting more sun than it was use to. Since it is such a new tree and I assume small it may take a while to accustom to a new location.
