Unhappy please help!

ok my orange tree bought two years ago is looking very bad. when i got it it was in may and it already had 6 little green oranges. this year the tree is all yellow and wierd colored and just today i found the start of two little blossoms. It looks terrible and is blooming extremely later than last year. I'd be very greatful if you guys could tell me whats wrong if anyone has any tips on growing oranges that would be great! i live in california zone 9. Thanks!

Give Joe Real a call. He's in Davis, CA, near you. He knows a lot about citrus and the effects of weather in your area.

If the veins of the leafs were initially green as the leafs turned yellow, the problem is over-watering. See http://www.plantsthatproduce.com/gui...mmonCitrus.pdf for some pointers on raising Citrus.

probably needs iron too. Citrus go deficient on iron easily.

so should i get some "iron packed" fertilizer? would the pH be a problem? what should it be? i checked the leaves and the veins are yellow on the yellow leaves. on the green leaves the veins still don't look the best. does this mean im underwatering? thank you so much for the help!

You may want to consider if the tree is getting more sun than it was use to. Since it is such a new tree and I assume small it may take a while to accustom to a new location.
