Hey Steven I'd go with that they are dry and take your chances. At the worst you will only get better @ germinating difficult seeds.. Then its all down hill. :^)

Just be careful of roots. I'm sure it'll be just fine. Also, now that there's no leaves, you can keep it in the sun instead of shade.

I wouldn't go with a DC personally the leaves are so wide and you really have to have alot of room for one versus an Ice cream... A dbl is the same as a DC w/ two heads after 2 years basically. SDC...

Yeah light is critical and not much water. If the mother isn't big getting the pot off the floor to a higher temp zone (heat rizes) in the room doesn't hurt either. Good Luck :^)
