Just as a test, i got a dwarf red and a double mahoi from them. Thedwarf red looks like a dwarf red and the mahoi looks like how any cavendish should, so i think they are OK with at least common...

How can you tell if a banana is a dwarf?
Hello. I have a mystery banana in a pot that i think is orinoco, but want to know weather it is dwarf or not. Isn't there some way to tell using the leaves, using some proportion of length to width?...

feel it. is it soft and mushy? if it is, it is rot. IF it turns out to be rot, keep scraping it away until you get to firm flesh. I got it on my banana after the winter, and it hasn't hurt my banana...

Yeah, i think it's more about the guy behind it than the quality. I think i will probably place an order there, simply because of the pricing. I don't havean unlimited budget, you know :)
