Thanks!
I still have a lot of time to think about it, but not sure yet.
Tomatoes seem rather easy and are very tasty.
Nice pup! Looks really healthy!

Re: The Hollyberry Lady's Plants and Flowers

Tomatoes will almost never disappoint, so feel free to give them a try in the garden, as well as in pots. ;)

You can get the best varieties when you grow them from seed, as opposed to buying run-of-the-mill nursery types.

I agree! Those Jerusalem Cherry are inedible right? If so too bad because they sure look like you could eat them!

Re: The Hollyberry Lady's Plants and Flowers

I think they are poisonous. Mine grew slow this year. I cut the tops off to make them bushy. I'll post pictures of them but you may laugh at me lol

Re: The Hollyberry Lady's Plants and Flowers

Well, thank you Cam. ;)

Oh yes, I've grown many fruit trees. One time I grew a dwarf pomegranate tree in my south living room window and it was ladened with fruits all winter long!

I germinate many lemon and lime seeds. Grown passionflower vines galore and soon I'm getting a little orange tree. I grow Goji berry and Fig as well. :D

Here are some Antonhi peppers that will ripen to a creamy white color shortly....

A couple of my Alpines today...

Love my daisies...

This is my Calandiva...

Re: The Hollyberry Lady's Plants and Flowers

sorry but is that a cherry plant or is that a cherry tomato plant? Nice pics!

The Hollyberry Lady 11-03-2011 08:21 PM

Re: The Hollyberry Lady's Plants and Flowers

Although this plant is from the deadly nightshade family, unlike tomatoes and eggplant, it is completey inedible...and in fact poisonous!!!

It's strictly for ornamental use only. It's sometimes referred to as "Christmas Cherry".

The seeds germinate really easy and the plant is great for indoors, in non-sunny locations. It loves to be misted.
