I'll be having some Dwarf Orinoco pups (they get about 6' tall) if those would work for you.
My Ice Cream are outside wintering in but the dwarf Orinoco are in the greenhouse.
We do have one Ice Cream in a pot but it's too big for mailing. How close are you to Sacramento?
I could chop the top off & mail a big rhizome I suppose but you'd have to be in a "freeze-free" area for it to make it through OK.

I just checked on your location; IF the corm made it through Customs, just the postage to get it there would be around $60 (USD)

Well i am from romania and around this time of year the temps go down to -10 C or lower.
I will have to wait till summer so the temps go higher.
But Dwarf Orinoco can work for me if they don't grow over 9'

I think you'd appreciate the Dwarf Orinoco; they can even be allowed to ripen (turn yellow) on the plant without risk of splitting, or can be eaten [cooked] while still green.
I like mine fried into tostones. (while green or yellow).

The Ice Cream / Blue Java will get well over 9' tall, usually at least 12' to 15', sometimes taller

Sorry... I made that offer before I realized you were outside of the US.
You would spend a lot of money & stand a near 100% chance of losing it in Customs, so selling you something that I know you would never receive is not something I would do.
