musa ice cream
how deep/wide of a hole should i dig for my ice cream banana plant? it's in a 12" wide pot 11" deep. I plan on taking it out everyday for about two weeks to adjust to natural sunlight. I was also wondering if I need to keep putting it under the grow light when I bring it back in?

How tall is the plant? I wouldn't consider moving it out side until the plant is about 3 ft to 4 ft tall. It should be in a 18" to 24" pot by then. This is to insure the plant has a well developed & strong corm by then. |

Put the plant in the ground and it will sort itself out. Do plant in rich fortified/amended soil for best results |
