Default What size pot should I use for transplanting seedlings?

I have about 35-40 Ensete ventricosum seedlings in 2.5" deep pots. At some point I need to move them up to a bigger pots size but I don't know how much bigger I should go. They are about 12-15" high right now. I'm going to need to keep them growing under grow lights for the winter too.

Any thoughts?

TIA
