Default Too much moisture?

An about week ago i discovered this on one of my DC bananas.

I thought it is because of over watering.

But this morning i discovered my other banana also got this.

What is it, some kind of illness? Should i move those two plants into carnitine?

Thanks for your help.

More likely due insect infestation. Over-watering will result in large black spots/blotches on the leaves, not "bubbling".
