I have no laminar or lab. media preparation ![]() Explant surface sterilization ![]() ![]() My clean "sterile" work area ![]() Have no laminar flow hood so I had 50 % contamination. Musa basjoo ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The final phase ![]() I thought no single banana survive, because the upper part dried up , but after a few days new roots and leafs appeared. ![]() ![]() ![]() I also menage to TC some other plants mostly Colocasia sp. Why do you think all your plants dried out? Not humid enough? How is the one plant doing now?
