Re: Looking for Dwarf Red pup
where in Maryland? We are in Chantilly and grow lots of tropicals, often buy more or grow more than we need (like have lots of Ensete, colocasia/alocasia and maybe some bananas, and always looking for more where we can split orders when too large

Re: Looking for Dwarf Red pup
Not yet, trying to keep the bananas to less than 10 varieties (including 2 Ensete and one Basjoo - want fruit and mats and that takes some room, so limits one. One very thin skinned one from Home Depot (Fl) (wish someone would help with identity of same as apparently HD and Lowes tend to sell the same thing).
Then a dwarf Cavendish and an unknown. Want the Veinte cohol, rhino horn, big and dwarf reds - so that finishes us off when we get the last three - at least until we get more room as, for example, the unknown produces pups at an alarming rate and we abandon 10 or 15 of them when winter comes (though having learned a few things from this forum, we may try to keep some of those over as corm plus pseudostem (we always just saved the corms). |

Re: Looking for Dwarf Red pup
I should have one in the next couple weeks. I only keep a couple mats since they don’t produce as well as other varieties for me here. I also have the dwarf green red. Tall red. pR Morado red and PR Verdin (tall green red).
