Default What are these bugs and are they a problem?

My two Musa Basjoos, which I just received and repotted about a week ago, are crawling with these little gnats. Hard to get a good picture since they're so small, but see here:

Does anyone know what these bugs are, and are they a danger to the plants? If so, how should I get rid of them? The plants look fine and healthy right now.

Interestingly, I planted two other bananas (different species) in the same soil at the same time and have been keeping them in a different location and they don't have these bugs.

They could be termites and you could have disturbed a tube.
Do a termite with wings internet search .
Take a photo of some on a white piece of paper foe clarity.

You might have noticed them flying about during the day.

If they flit about they are fungus gnats if they crawl they are something else
