Musa rosa / Musa 'rose' - edible or seeded?
Can anyone tell me if this variety is seeded or not? I get really confused from what I have read sofar.
Anyone have it? |

It's edible, I'm planning on getting one myself as they sound wonderful. The only record of it being seeded that I've seen is through an African breeding program that got just a few seeded ones via pollination from others. But, even Cavendish have been known to become seeding through breeding. It's just very very rare.

I just got my own M. rose today
 Looking a bit battered from the trip, but overall really nice. About 3 feet stem at the moment. Hopefully I can get it to fruit sometime. |
