Default Bananas in NJ (PICS)

Hi all,
Since it is cold and miserable here in NJ, and all the plants are either being stored or are trimmed and growing inside, I thought it would be nice to share some pictures with the community from over the summer at my house.
All the pictures contain various bananas and other tropicals - this is my first full summer growing!
I have, although some may not be pictured: Basjoo, DC, SDC, 'Enano Gigante' (possible just another DC), Zebrina, Bordelon (pups, not pictured), High Colour Mini, Musella Lasiocarpa, and some unidentified sold as just "banana plant". Also a Colocasia, some Yuccas, Pineapples, and of course the usual suspects from Home Depot's tropical foliage selection - Majesty palm, Triangle palm (tiny), White Bird of Paradise, Sago palm and Chinese Fan palm. Also a few flowers. Enjoy!

In September we started renovationg, and replaced the deck with a sunroom, so some of the larger plants had to come to the front of the house:

This is what I expect next month, why I really hate NJ:

But there are some really good things about winter also:

Looking forward to the spring! Hope you all enjoyed my pics as much as I've enjoyed all of yours!

~Joe

Nice pics and some proof that my area can sustain bananas and other tropicals during summer months.

Great pics by both Joe and Bobby. The idea of posting pics of my yard in the summer also crossed my mind. The winter has just started and we can't wait for spring. I'm with you guys the best I can do is look at my plants waiting in the basement.

Hurry up spring!!!!!!!!
