Default Banana plant definition

Here is what I got on a quick search -------------

"A banana is an elongated, edible fruit – botanically a berry – produced by several kinds of large herbaceous flowering plants in the genus Musa.

In some countries, bananas used for cooking may be called "plantains", distinguishing them from dessert bananas. Wikipedia."

Whenever I harvest a bunch it's time to visit the neighbors. Found out early that bananas don't freeze well unless you want 10 lbs or so of banana pudding!
