Default Baby variegated Florida Musa care questions

Hello, I have just received a variegated Florida Musa that I purchased. I have been looking at YouTube videos on how to take care of a baby one. Both of the two I found mentioned putting a heating pad under it and putting saran wrap over the soil. The plant is only 4 or 5 inches tall. I don't know how to do the heating pad because I have a heating pad with one setting, which feels high. So I have a hand towel and a wash cloth between the heating pad and the plant. When you feel it, only the bottom of the 5 inch plastic pot is warm, the sides aren't.

Is this OK?

And thank you in advance

Is it a tissue culture plantlet or a vegetative cutting?

It's not a tissue culture, it's an offshoot from another one
