Need more info. How tall is the plant? How big is the pot? How long is the trip? What type vehicle will be used? If in a car and if it's a big plant does the rear seat fold down so the plant can be in the trunk and the back seat at the same time? Will you be crossing a border that restricts plant movement?

Make sure you keep the plant warm the entire move. Do not fertilize it for a week or two before the move. Water it 2 or 3 days before the move and not again till it gets to it's new home. Unpack it and give it light and air as soon as you can after the move. To keep the soil in place, put the whole pot in a garbage bag taped tight to the pot. Tape the top of the bag down tight over the soil so it keeps the soil firmly in place. . Hopefully it will only be in the bag a day or two. Wrap the whole pot and plant in a cardboard sleeve or box to support the leaves. If you can keep the plant upright that is the way to go. If not be aware that a banana plant that can see light will try to turn it's trunk upward towards that light. It only takes about a day for the plant to start that process so keeping it dark will help with that. Again unpack it so it can get air as soon as possible and water heavily one time to purge the soil of stale air and draw in fresh air. Fertilize when you get a chance.
