Get an old plow disk wield up the hole and wield some legs on it. This works great over charcoal for deep frying whole fish.

I've been wanting an upright smoker for years. The Egg and a few other more compact ceramic smokers have me thinking though. If I had the room I'd buy an upright even though they take more effort to maintain correct temp and use more fuel. I guess It just feels more old school which to me equals cool. Tonight's dinner was my wife's awesomely simple spaghetti. It's a recipe from a very famous local chef that charges a ton of money for it. Best spaghetti I've ever had and it's so simple! She makes this at least once every 1-2 weeks.
