Finally got a chance to eat those plantains. Fried them with salt, cinnamon, and sugar. They were amazing....

This is for when you catch the new IFGA world record Shortfin right? Don't forget to measure before cooking!

Looks like a pretty good deal but I'd spend some time reading about how well it smokes meats before buying one.

I've done that! I still prefer reverse searing a steak to any other cooking method.

I made Chicken Milanese with a sage and lemon butter sauce last night. For the photo I should have used a small bowl to serve the sauce in but you get the idea anyway. It was really good!
