Alright then, here is my peanut butter ball recipe

Ingredients:
18 ounces peanut butter
1 (16-ounce) box of confectioners sugar
1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs (or just busted up in small peices )
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) of unsalted softened butter
12 ounces milk chocolate melted (Hersheys candy bars work good, and when melting it is best to have one pot with hot water, then another smaller pot inside that one with the chocolate)

In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, confectioners sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and softened butter. Mash together until combined. Form the mixture into balls. Then put a tooth pick into each ball so you can dip them into the chocolate later. Transfer to the refrigerator or other cold area until hardened, about 30 minutes. Then dip the peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate and set back into the cold until the chocolate is hardened.

Thats it Here is ours right now:

Thumbs up Re: What'cha havin' for dinner ???

I don't blame you Janan.

Dark toast with real butter, peanut butter and drizzled honey are one of my most favorite things in the morning, Jordan!

Ok you guys are doing it again...making me drool!

I haven't had any dinner yet either. I was late getting in. I'm making something quick...a hamburger.

So much for my Rosemary beef, potato-tomato soup! Maybe tomorrow...

We are a real butter ONLY here at my house too!

One of mine is nearly the same. Toast peanut butter, sliced bananas drizzled with honey.

One of my favorite meals is breakfast and I can eat it any time of the day!
