Naners and Duckling, Outstandingly Delish!
My special Dinner I made for Sunday was Roasted Wild Teal Duckling with Grilled Panache Figs and grilled Misi Luki Banana onto Ube mash with Wild Tupelo Honey Veges. It was an experiment that turned out Great! New found love for Misi Luki cooked-soaked in Mount Gay Rum. Enjoy the PIC. :08: ![]() Big Tony |

Re: Whatcha eaten
I made a totally from scratch tarragon leek chicken pot pie with double crust made with organic lard. Wow! I spun a Julia Child recipe and took inspiration from my childhood memories of my grandma's home made pie crust made with lard. Best pot pie I've ever had! My wife and her friend said the same thing.
