For starts, I'm not cutting class, i've got the flu. Anyway, I'm not an activist but I was checking youtube for music vids and a friend showed me this. The version I saw didn't have the comments or the obituaries in it, just the chant. I was like, yeah, well? It looked pretty normal to me. Then he showed me this one. Now I'm like, wtf?! I mean guyz can get slammed here for that, but dead?! I dunno what to think now. What do you think about all this?



I'm wearing purple today because things like this shouldn't even be happening, imo.

East of here it is even dangerous to claim that you belong to the rainbow people. It might get you killed sooner or later (hence the emmigration). And so will the fact, that you are a foreigner working there, that you belong to "western block" and many other ridiculous reasons about which nobody should really give a damn, but people die for that...
That's the worst part, once, by chance, you just meet the wrong type of people at a wrong place...

That's horrible! 4 kids committed suicide because of being harassed, in the next school district, in just a few weeks and it really has me scared. I dont wanna wake up in the morning and find out that one of my friends is dead. Especially for something that silly. Why do people have to push people that hard?

Survival instinct and proving one's dominance over the herd/prey. You know, those idiots really haven't understood, that the mankind has survived so long not because of intelligence and dominance, but because of cooperation. That's the key attribute, to learn and respect others and to find a proper way of cooperating with them to achieve the main goal: Survival (as seen with other mammals, such as wolves...).

But the problem also lies in their victims. Or so I believe. As any relationship, also the relationship bully-prey, requires both sides to play their part. If one doesn't play the part, then the bullying won't take place and it's called confronation, whereas most of the bullies literally fear and avoid direct confrontation with possibly equivalently strong individual/collective.

Don't worry about these things. Just make sure you are above these people so that you don't get dragged into the circle.

Thanks for the support. I will def be talking to some of my friends about this. And no worries about me. Yeah, I'm half, but if anyone calls me "faggot" I just flip them off and they KNOW not to ***k with me. They know I fight.

Like Jack says, they want to show dominance. They are brave while with their friends in a group...like a pack animal. Get them alone & they run. They must be very insecure & have low self esteem if they have to pick on someone to make themselves feel powerful.

Thanks for that Patty. And sorry if i'm in and out of my own thread but this flu is really kicking my arse. Yeah, when I got my ribs kicked there was 5 of them. I didn't start the fight but I def didn't back off! But I saw one of them by himself and he left really quick. Even when I was little i was told to stand up and fight if i had to. After seeing that video, I'm def gonna be telling some of my friends that it's better to stand up and fight if they need to. I'd def rather hear about somebody getting slammed than somebody dying.

This weekend really had me thinking and I wanna say this.
For anyone who can't deal with the pressure:
Do deal with it. There are plenty of really cool peeps out there, I know. Most of the ones I meet [outside of school] smile and are very friendly. And helpful! Deal with it so you can meet them. When I jumped outa Jon's car to run into a Kwik Stop, some guy was holding the door for me till I got inside! He even wanted to listen to my Sansa to see what kind of music I was listening to! And he's def not the only one. I see peeps like that all the time! Sometimes things get tuff and it feels like the end but it is not! Just get tuff and survive so you can meet some of those awesome people out there! There's just way too many incredible peeps that make life a total blast!
