Snapping off tightly wound and bent new leaf shoots so the rest of the new leaf can open up easily.

Even though it's more fun to get the tall ladder and unwind by hand that sure is a great fix. I'm seeing the same thing happen with the Ae Ae and Pisang Klotek new cigars.

Time is money and this only takes a few seconds.

If you catch it early only a little of the leaf is lost.

On the tall naners, just connect 2 tubes.
