Default The Great Onion Ring Experiment

I had a craving for onion rings and found it tough to find good ones so I decided to make my own. Today's menu included:

Buttermilk, Cholula, salt and pepper marinated.
Flamin' Hot Cheetos encrusted.
Flamin' Hot Cheetos beer battered.
Lipton French Onion marinated and encrusted, served with green onion sour cream dip.
Bacon powder encrusted served with Hickory Brown Sugar BBQ sauce.
Bacon powder beer battered served with Hickory Brown Sugar BBQ sauce.
Straight beer battered using Newcastle Brown Ale.

It was a close tie between the French Onion and the Bacon Beer battered with the Bacon encrusted a close second!

A few pics.
