Tomato seeds inside under a light. Spinach, onions and lettuce outside in the dirt and broccoli in the aquaponics bed. |

Today I received some very cool seeds in the mail from a certain pal in New Jersey...
Cananga Odorata (Dwarf Ylang Ylang)!!! : o I've already got some in soil, as of a few minutes ago. How exciting! I had some before but they didn't sprout for me. I sure hope these ones will... Thanks Bob! : ) |

I LOVE asparagus ... wish I had a whole field of it!! I just don't know where I could put it in my yard. I hear it spreads and is a perinnial. I tried planting it once afew years ago and it seemed so complicated and because of afew mishaps on my part it didn't grow.

One Early Elberta peach in a patch of well drained, beautiful, sandy loam. I have a Redhaven and a Belle of Georgia that I tried to plant 15 yards from this one, but the soil was soggy and loaded with clay.
![]() Wait, there's more! I planted an "Orient" pear on the other side of the soggy soil and the dirt there was a well draining loam. This is why I have so many raised beds. |

I planted the seeds of two grape tomatoes from the grocery store. Some are planted in the ground and some in a pot. Hopefully, they can survive the April freeze and do fine.
