Anyone in FL or SoCal growing chinkapin aka dwarf chestnut?
I'm wondering if this plant might produce nuts in my zone 10b (less than 200 chill hour) climate. Botanical name: Castanea pumila.

I have a friend in Pace, Florida which is 8b/9a growing them. They are a native plant here. I'll try to get an answer on the chill hours for you.
