Editing title of photo in gallery

Is it possible to edit the title of a photo I've placed in my gallery? For instance, I now know that that photo titled "Maya Hawaiian Plantain" is a 'Hua Moa' cultivar and I'd like to change the title to reflect that.

Yes, go to picture.

Then go below picture and search for "Admin Options: Edit Photo:"

Finally, Change title to desired text and then scroll to bottom and save. This is also how you can rotate images!

I had looked for something that, but my eyes are just getting old like the rest of my body, I guess!!! It is pretty tiny down there!

Is thee anyway to change the date to reflect when the picture was taken Vs when it was up loaded. When I upload it it by default used that date and didn't let me change the date. Any Ideas?

Just put the date taken in the description of the picture...versus the title. I am not sure of any way to change the upload date.
