I've just received the four pups I ordered from Amulree Exotics some 10 days ago! 2 basjoos, 1 ice cream and 1 rajapuri. The one basjoo which already has a fresh green leaf is looking really healthy and the other one looks fine too although its leaf seems somewhat burned due to the cold weather.
The problem is the ice cream and especially the rajapuri which is really brown and mushy. The ice cream is a bit mushy on the top but the stem is firm and green. Now the question is: What should I do with these two pups? Should I cut them back a bit to remove the mushy parts? Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Here is all of the new pups (from the left 2 basjoos, rajapuri, ice cream): ![]() And here is the rajapuri and the ice cream: ![]()

Yes I ordered them online. I e-mailed him and asked and the shipping cost landed on £18.

cut off everything mushy, pot them, put them on warm place and take good care about watering.

I have cut away the mushy parts and placed the plants on some kind of heat mat. The rajapuri seems unfortunately dead as it is mushy all the way down to the corm. The basjoos are growing great but the ice cream seems to dry out. It has started to grow its first leaf which has grown about 3 cm (1 inch) from where I cut it but has now stopped growing.
What could be the cause?
