Default Are any other members propagating this way?

Everyone that's involved with tissue culturing is familiar with this but I'm curious how many members are working with this for macropropagation.

Here's a photo from a few years ago of some beautiful a'ea'e starter plants.



And here's a VDN photo from yesterday of a failed attempt. Hopefully there are some members here that can help improve my technique so I can be more consistent.
