Default What do you do with so much fruit?

Fruit in the grocery stores go from green to ever ripe pretty quickly. With so much fruit on a stalk, what do you do with it all?

Check out the banana recipe threads here on bananas.org.
It has not only recipes for the "sweet tooth" but also for the savory food lover.
BTW: I have some Asian friends who love to cook tasty soups with the spent flower of the banana plant as well as they use the leaves for delicious Asian style tamales.

You can make banana bread in bulk and freeze it. The recipe we use calls for a lot of bananas. It keeps great in our chest freezer. We make so much some times that we skip the loaf and just make it in "sheets". Great quick breakfast on the go.
