Thanks, they went a long time without fert, but now im back to using miricle grow bloom. i could have used all purpose but couldn't find it on the shelf.

Your plants are putting out some AMAZING growth! Thanks for sharing!

I especially love that black pearl pepper (magnificently beautiful) and of course the bananas ;D

thats one of the plumerias. I have a couple small black perl pepper plants, I also have lots of seeds. we can do a trade or something, if you;re interested let me know.

And that's awesome that you have seeds and are nice enough to be willing to trade for them! I wish I was in a position to do so, but I just traveled to the US to university this past week and am currently gardenless lol.

I appreciate the offer, and hopefully I will get a community plot or something so I can take you up on that

Looking good man, don't u hate this time of year?!? In your last pic I can see your basjoo through the window and it's still entirely green!! Must stay a bit warmer in the gta bc my leaves all get frost fried about 2 weeks ago..

Nice update! I assume in Canada you have to start bringing the plants in around this time? Also, what do you do about water getting on the floor when you water that palm?

Yeah i really do. yesah my one basjoo is damaged and the other that you see is still nice and green. im just as far north as you from the lake but we did have a good frost last week.

yes it is mid Oct. the water doesn;t go all the way through if it ever does I will mop it up.

did you put any kind of drain holes in those home made pots/storage tubs?thought about growing in them a few times but didn't want to mess with making holes.

Awesome plants Matt!!! They all seem very happy!
Its unfortunate you have to bring them in already and generally its really annoying when the weather spoils it for our plants and we have to bring them in. I wish you a successful overwintering for all of your plants and especially your awesome bananas,palms and bromeliads!
