I wonder if there is a list showing expected time from flowering to harvest so I can see what makes where I live?

It varies with local climate, time of year, and variety. For example the Namwa fruits that I currently have will take about 4 months, but if the inflorescence was a few months later only 2.5 months, and if it had bloomed in the tropics maybe 4-6 weeks.

Assume 6 months in Southern California, with your first bunch, and see how it goes, and adjust accordingly. In Florida, most likely less time. Elsewhere, experiment.

Even in the tropics I've had Namwah take between 3.75 and 5.25 months.
