My housekeeper uses now horse manure and chicken manure to fertilizer my bananas. We have chickens and one of our neighbours has one horse in the front garden. I have sandy soil, there are horse manure and chicken manure very good for bananas, also mulching is important to keep the moisture of the soil, the sandy soil dries out quickly.
Best wishes Basjoofriend |
