Can a banana plant produce 2 bunches 7 months apart?
Most of the time when a plant produces a second group of female fingers it usually happens after a relatively small amount of bracts of males fingers. But with this plant, an ABB genotype, the first bunch was produced and harvested and 7 months after the first bunch the plant produced a second bunch. Crazy photo
 What's the longest time frame or most bract scars of male fingers you've seen before your plant returned back to producing female fingers? 7 months is by far the longest time I've ever seen. Add a photo if you have one.

Here's a Verdin that produced a second bunch a few weeks after the initial bunch. But 7 months later is still crazy long.
