Possibally. I'm not sure though! I know a friend who overwintered a dwarf Orinoco dormant with an immature bunch hanging! The following spring they started filling again! DO is a tough plant but it is proof that it can go dormant and not loose the bunch!!!!!
I always do everything I can do to get filled fruit before frost!
