wolfe im not saying your wrong cause i know about this certificate. i dont have one none of my plants that have been from the USA have had one ever. i also know i got 2 plants the other day from the USA and it said on the customs card banana plant. . i think its had to do with the part of the country or the people just arnt doing their jobs . But im not complaining !
