Question Are They Sick?

I feel like a new parent... I check my nanas almost daily and take pride in new leafs.

But I have a problem, I took these shots a week ago, and resolved to wait and watch, see if it was just a passing phase.

Well at dusk today they look worse, I will take more pics tomorrow AM and post them. It seems to be spreading too.

Any idea if it is a fungus, an insect, a normal thing?

The only thing that has been sprayed on the plants is water from the hose, and some badly needed rain. The water is a little hard.

The nanas are planted in raised beds (5-9 inches) well mixed compost and sandy clay. They have had a slow release 10-10-10 when planted, and will get another feeding this weekend.

What ever it is it seems to be spreading...

Any Ideas?
