I once saw a pix in one of austinl01's photo album and he had a very big clump like yours but all flowering at the same time!

I hope austinl01 reads this and tell us more about his super flowering clump. On the other hand, maybe you can grow it in a huge pot and wait for them to flower. If you remove them now at this size, you will waste many of the smaller pups. I will keep it like this if I were you.
