I second jeffreyp, specially on the ingens one, which is so hard to get.
Also a couple more:
1. Ensete glaucum. I haven't seen one for sale in a while.
2. Musa maclayi
3. Musa monticola
4. Musa jackeyi(extremely hard to get), native of Australia.
