Default Musa "Java" = "Blue Java", "Ice Cream"?

Hi,

in the past days I found a second good source for bananas in Brazil, in Herculandia near Lucianópolis, Duartina and Bauru. You know, that I have a chácara with a large yard in Lucianópolis in Brazil. I found in the sortiment of this nursery several banana cultivars and will order Musa "Mysore", Musa "Java" and other cultivars. But I surmise that Musa "Java" is one another name for "Blue Java" or "Ice Cream".

@lorax, do you know "Java"? Is this one alias name of "Ice Cream" in Brazil? If yes, this is a searched cultivar for my yard, because I may not import "Ice Cream" to Brazil because of the importation prohibition for bananas of 17th May 2005 for Brazil. Then I must order "Java" in Herculandia, but I must be sure, that this is also one alias name for "Ice Cream".

Best thanks in advance.

Best wishes
