Question Tubunatar - The Mystery Banana from the South Pacific?

Hey banana enthusiasts,

I need your help with something intriguing I stumbled upon in the "Illustrated Guide to the Identification of Banana Varieties in the South Pacific" by the Australian Government. There's this banana listed called Tubunatar, and it looks pretty unique.

I can't seem to find any other information about Tubunatar besides these recorded characteristics

AA Genome, Cooking, 3-7lbs Bunch Weight, 2.0m-3.5m Psuedostem Height, Red plant and fruit

I'm adding a picture from the guide here.

Has anyone come across Tubunatar before or have any idea what it be named elsewhere? Any insights or guesses are welcome!

Thanks in advance for your help!
