Default Re: Conditions for Greenhouse Temp-Humidity-Ventilation?

Yea, when it comes to cold and dry weather they are wimpy unless protected or watered well. I grew them for years and just wrapped and mulched. We had a polar vortex in 2018 record low since 1950 and they died. My replacement one is only two years old but very picky with water and fertilizer. Likes a lot of both.

Bill Post up pictures of yours flowering and the progress.
I have a 6ft-8ft polycarbonate greenhouse and made my own temp control exhaust fans and have a heater set for 57 degrees but it heats to 60 degrees and turns off until it drops again. It can get well over 100 inside even with 30 degree temps by noon. I also have automatic vents. I have several different types growing inside and as long as they are watered well and feed they are happy. When temps fall below 55 degrees bananas stop growing.
