Default Re: Tips for propagating pup with no roots?

When transplanting pups I always remove the roots. It is a monocot and they are going to die and rot if I leave them on.

I remove all or most of the leaves because they need water and it has no roots to provide it.

I then plant it where I want it. It will appear to sleep until it produces roots from it's stored energy. It will then produce new leaves.

Good luck. I hope you got the variety you ordered.
