Default Late August bloom and help I D

Hello all ,,left the lake house at 8-14 2019, two weeks later when returning I found these,,

Im in zone 7a / 7b, western Kentucky by Kentucky lake,,

questions are,, I know its probably way too late for them to develop and ripen?,, have maybe two moths at the very most,, anything to do to speed them up?

And maybe a ID if possible ?

p stem is about 7 -8 ft tall.

there is at least 4 hands showing so far,, have not been there for four days now,, will up date with more pics when I get back over there

thank you for any advice,, this is my first fruit,, been growing for three years now

any other info you might need, just let me know,, thanks again

I have applied about a cup or less of just potassium to the soil,,
